Peak Manufacturing believes it is important to recognize Employees who go above and beyond in regards to performance, attitude and work ethic. Each month Peak chooses an employee to recognize as its Employee of the Month! Employees of the Month are recognized on the Employee Communication Board, Peak Social Media, and the Peak Blog. They also receive a recognition certificate, an entry into the Employee of the Year drawing, and a Visa gift card!
