Peak Manufacturing is seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Manager to lead and facilitate our IATF 16949 Quality Management System. This is a full-time, first-shift, salaried position with pay negotiable based on experience.

We’re a small business with a strong culture that values teamwork, flexibility, and dedication to excellence. The right candidate will bring a small-business mentality—ready to wear multiple hats and take ownership in ensuring our QMS and customer satisfaction exceed expectations.

As Quality Manager, you'll lead a team of quality associates, ensure product conformity, and work directly with customers and vendors to maintain the highest standards.
