Amanda Hutchings, President
Since being introduced to the Manufacturing Industry, Amanda has spent the last 12 years excelling up a ladder of key positions allowing her professional growth and landing her the role of President at Peak Manufacturing. Because of her past involvement in many positions within the company, her knowledge of this business along with her education in Business Administration has allowed her the motivation to successfully implement the operation strategies.
In addition to managing the operations, Amanda is the Chairman of The Board for The Shop Rat Foundation. The Shop Rat Foundation is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization committed to sparking creativity among youth and challenging the next generation of doers and makers. Beyond her business related specialties, she also has a passion for graphic design and photography, owning her own business in child and family photography. She also has a passion for rescuing dogs and in many cases has a foster pup in her office cheering up the office moral!
Bryan Macomber,
Vice President
Bryan Macomber is Vice President of Peak Manufacturing and has held that position since May 2018. Bryan has been with the company for 8 years and has found success in various roles including Shipping & Receiving Manager, Production Supervisor, Quality Manager and Plant Manager. Bryan was first introduced to Manufacturing at Edwards Brothers where he spent 14 years holding key positions in both Production and Distribution. With over 20 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry, Bryan is committed to providing Peak’s customers with exceptional service.
Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and four children on their small homestead. His hobbies include Landscaping, Farming and Hunting. Bryan is also very involved at his church, where he serves as a deacon as well as teaching a married couples class.
Randy Sottovia, Engineer
As the Designer/Engineer at Peak Manufacturing, Randy designs machines, tooling, and other key critical components as well as manage the company’s continuous improvement program. Before graduating with degrees in Arts, Drafting and Science, Randy was already pursuing a computer-aided design and drafting career with Century Design developing product designs, drawings & schematics for patent submission.Randy has been a designer for companies including V-B Manufacturing, Superior Concepts, and Imperial Design/Roman Mfg. While with these companies Randy gained a great wealth of experience using Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidEdge, SolidWorks and Mechanical Desktop. Randy also worked recently with XOEye Technologies on an electrical design project. Randy is a talented artist that is skilled in various techniques and enjoys drawing, painting, sculpting and graphic design.
Blair Wilcox, Development-Special Projects
Blair is a do it all key member to the team at Peak Manufacturing. Along with performing electrical tasks, Blair also takes part in Programming, Machine Building, Machine Maintenance/Repair, Project Management, Facility Maintenance, and many other tasks. With over 35 years of experience in Manufacturing and the Electrical Industry, Blair is able to apply this knowledge and experience to Peaks ongoing demands, resulting in unique and highly productive equipment.
Blair’s employment history includes working for companies such as Monarch Electric, SMW Manufacturing and Salow Machine Works. Blair loves to ride his motorcycle and enjoys scenic traveling with his wife.
