President, Amanda Hutchings
Since being introduced to the Manufacturing Industry, Amanda has spent the last 10 years excelling up a ladder of key positions allowing her professional growth landing her the role of president of Peak Manufacturing. Because of her past involvement in many positions within the company, her knowledge of this business along with her education in Business Administration has allowed her the motivation to successfully implement the operation strategies.
In addition to managing the operations, Amanda is the Executive Director and Treasurer of The Shop Rat Foundation. The Shop Rat Foundation is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization committed to sparking creativity among youth and challenging the next generation of doers and makers. Beyond her business related specialties, she also has a passion for graphic design and photography.
Plant Superintendent, Bryan Macomber
With 17 years of experience in Management, Manufacturing and Logistics, Bryan quickly excelled into the Plant Superintendent position. Bryan manages the day-to-day staffing and manufacturing activities and works very close with Peak’s customers to provide quality, on-time product and exceptional service.
While pursuing an education in Aeronautics, Bryan was first introduced to manufacturing at Edwards Brothers Inc. There he quickly moved up the ladder holding key positions in both production and distribution. Outside of work, his passion lies in his family, camping trips and spending time on the family farm.
Maintenance Manager, Blair Wilcox
Blair is a do it all key member to the team at Peak Manufacturing. Along with performing electrical tasks, Blair also takes part in Programming, Machine Building, Machine Maintenance/Repair, Project Management, Facility Maintenance, and many other tasks. With over 35 years of experience in Manufacturing and the Electrical Industry, Blair is able to apply this knowledge and experience to Peaks ongoing demands, resulting in unique and highly productive equipment.
Blair’s employment history includes working for companies such as Monarch Electric, SMW Manufacturing and Salow Machine Works. Blair loves to ride his motorcycle and enjoys scenic traveling with his wife.
Engineer, Randy Sottovia
As the Design Engineer at Peak Manufacturing, Randy designs machines, tooling, and other key critical components as well as manage the company’s continuous improvement program. Before graduating with degrees in Arts, Drafting and Science, Randy was already pursuing a computer-aided design and drafting career with Century Design developing product designs and drawings & schematics for patent submission.
Randy has been a designer for companies including V-B Manufacturing, Superior Concepts, and Imperial Design/Roman Mfg. While with these companies Randy has gained a great wealth of experience using Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidEdge, SolidWorks and Mechanical Desktop. Randy recently has recently worked with XOEye Technologies on an electrical design project. Randy is also a talented artist that is skilled in various techniques and enjoys drawing, painting sculpting and graphic design.
Human Resources Manager, Dani Manning
As the HR Manager of Peak Manufacturing, Dani juggles many administrative duties coordinating the benefits, networking, and all human resources for the manufacturing enterprise. Currently, Dani is working more with the community, hosting job fairs and recruiting new faces to our Peak team.
Her work history includes Management for Medical Weight Loss Clinic, Insurance Assistant, and Front Desk Administrator for Planet Fitness.
Aside from her career in business administration, Dani enjoys photography, traveling, living a healthy oriented lifestyle, and spending quality time with her daughter Braelynn.
Production Supervisor, Tom Butterfield
Joining the Peak team in 2015, Tom has strived to earn his management as the Production Supervisor. From starting out as a Machine Operator, Tom has worked with handling all of the purchasing for Peak, to Health and Safety Coordinator. He has 7 years of counseling with Starr Commonwealth, and 4 Years of 1st Response as a Security team member.
In his personal time, Tom likes wood working, painting, and sketching. He also enjoys traveling with his wife and 4 children to visit his family up North.
Quality Manager, Chad Calton
Recently joining the Peak Manufacturing team, Chad applies his 15 years of experience in Manufacturing and Quality Control to effectively manage the Peak’s Quality Management System. His education at Central Michigan University and the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center focused on TS16949 Internal Auditing, Lean Manufacturing Techniques, Blueprint and Drawing Interpretation and other Manufacturing Training.
He gained experience in the industry with companies such as Clark Engineering and Hatch Stamping playing a key role in their Quality Departments. Chad enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and camping with his wife and is also a part-time musician and enjoys playing at smaller venues.
Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist, Abbey Terwilliger
Welcoming our newest role, Abbey manages all of Peak's financial, directorial services, and ensures accuracy and efficiency of the financial operations. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree for Business administration with focus on finance and accounting.
Abbey's previous employment as a Manager has been with Anesthesia Business Consultants, and Holiday Sands North. On her away time from Peak, She is also the Executive Assistant for The Shop Rat Foundation.
Abbey enjoys spending time with her Family and Friends, Camping and Traveling.
